Let's Get Us Connected

A simple guide for granting Copper Rock Marketing access to the platforms we'll be managing on your behalf. Find your platform below and follow the steps.

Google Access

Google Analytics

Go to Admin → Access Management

Open analytics.google.com then Admin (gear icon, bottom-left) and select Access Management at the appropriate level (typically Account, rarely Property, or View).

Add User Email

Click + → Add Users, enter media@copperrockmarketing.com, and check Notify New Users by Email.

Assign Role

Under Direct Roles and Data Restrictions, select the appropriate role (Administrator or Editor preferred, no lower than Marketer).

Confirm & Add

Click Add. User will receive an email and appear in the Access Management list.

Google Tag Manager

Navigate to Tag Manager

Log into tagmanager.google.com.

Go to Account Settings

Click the gear icon next to the appropriate account.

Add User & Set Permissions

Click User Management → + icon (top right) → Add Users, enter the user's email address.

  • Assign Account permissions (Administrator preferred).
  • Assign Container permissions → Publish level permissions.

Invite

Click Invite. User will receive an email to accept access.

Google Search Console

Open Property Settings

Open the correct property in Google Search Console and go to Settings → Users and Permissions (owner access required).

Add User

Click Add user, enter media@copperrockmarketing.com, select the appropriate permission level, and click Add.

Google My Business

Access the Business Profile

Log into the owner Google account and search for your business in Google Search or Maps.

Open Managers Settings

From the profile toolbar, click ⋮ → Business Profile settings → Managers.

Add New User

Click Add, enter media@copperrockmarketing.com, set access to Owner, and click Invite.

Social Media Access

Creating a Business Portfolio

Open Facebook Business

Go to business.facebook.com.

Initiate Portfolio Creation

If you don't already have a portfolio, click "Create Account" / "Create Business Portfolio".

Enter Business Information

Provide: Business name (public name of your business), Your name, and Business email (used by Meta, not visible to customers).

Submit & Confirm

Click Submit/Create, then check your email to confirm the new business portfolio.

Add Business Assets

Once created, add assets like your Facebook Page, Ad Accounts, Instagram account, etc. under Business Settings → Accounts. When creating an ad account, make sure to connect a payment account.

Meta Business Portfolio Access

Go to Business Settings

Open business.facebook.com and navigate to Business Settings in your Meta Business Portfolio.

Add Copper Rock Marketing

Click Partners → Add+ → Give Partner Access to Your Assets → Enter Copper Rock's Business ID: 388937177387540.

Assign Assets

Grant Full Control to the following Assets:

  • Page
  • Ad Accounts
  • Catalogs
  • Pixels
  • Instagram Accounts
  • Custom Conversions
  • Datasets
Important: When granting Page access, make sure you select Leads as well — enabling Full Control does not include Leads by default.

Click Assign Assets

Confirm the selections and finalize partner access.

TikTok Business

Use Partner Access (No Login Sharing)

Agencies and freelancers manage ads through their own TikTok Business Center — no access to yours required.

Open Partner Settings

In business.tiktok.com, go to: Accounts → Advertiser Accounts → Partners → Share with Partner.

Invite Partner

Select Invite users to manage TikTok ads and enter Copper Rock Marketing Business Center ID: 7550765231400583184.

Assign Access

Choose the ad account and permission level, then click Send.

Invitation Sent

Partner receives a TikTok for Business email invitation and can accept to begin managing ads.

TikTok Shop / Seller Center

Log In

Sign in to seller-us.tiktok.com using the main shop owner account.

Open User Management

Go to My Account → Account Settings → User Management.

Add User

Click Add User, select the appropriate Role, enter the user's Email Address, and choose their Default Language.

Send Invitation

Click Submit to send the invite.

User Activation

User accepts the email invite, sets a password, and gains access based on assigned permissions.

LinkedIn Access

Access Company Page

Log into LinkedIn (desktop) with a Super Admin account. Click Me → Manage → select Company Page.

Open Admin Settings

On the Company Page, click Settings → Manage Admins (bottom-left).

Add Admin

Click + Add Admin, search for William Boggs, select the correct profile.

Assign Role

Choose Super Admin from the role dropdown and click Save.

LinkedIn Access (with Business Manager)

Open Business Manager

Log into LinkedIn Business Manager as a Super Admin.

Select Company Page

Go to Pages, then click the Company Page name.

Invite User

In Admin Tools → People, click + Invite People and enter William's email address.

Confirm & Assign

User accepts the email invite, then assign page and ad account access as needed.

Website Access

WordPress Access

Open User Management

Log into yoursite.com/wp-admin and go to Users → Add New.

Create User

  • Username: copperrock
  • Email: media@copperrockmarketing.com
  • Leave Password blank

Assign Role

Set Role to Administrator and ensure Send user notification email is checked.

Add User

Click Add New User.

User Activation

Copper Rock accepts the email invite, sets a password, and logs in.

Email Access

Klaviyo Access

Open User Settings

Click your organization name (bottom-left), then go to Settings → Users.

Add New User

Click Add New User, enter software@copperrockmarketing.com, and select Admin.

Confirm

Click Add User to send the invitation.
